Domestic Works
Our engineers are fully trained to a very high standard, are CORGI registered and hold ACS certificates of achievement in all relevant areas of gas service. This enables us to offer a complete, and professional, range of gas services to a diversity of clients.
Gas Servicing
We offer gas servicing, installation and maintenance of all domestic gas appliances, both natural gas and LPG.
We specialise in service contracts for our larger clients, covering the boiler and associated systems, to include an annual gas appliance service and priority breakdown response. |

Industrial And Commercial
Gas Service Works
We offer our industrial and commercial
gas services to a wide range of clients including
hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, hotels,
warehouses
and factories.
Servicing Gas
Servicing is arranged on request and can be incorporated into a regular
gas service visit if required. Equipment covered includes water heaters,
boilers, free standing or suspended warm air units, radiant heaters and
catering equipment. Combustion analysis is incorporated in the gas servicing
of
all industrial
and commercial gas boilers. |

Gas Installation
Our engineers carry out a complete central heating installation package
using the latest high efficiency Vaillant condensing gas boilers, including
designing to the client's requirements, supplying and fitting all aspects
of the heating system.
In addition, we supply and install domestic gas appliances and run pipework
as required. We also offer oil boiler servicing and maintenance.
Gas Service Maintenance
We undertake repairs on the complete range of domestic gas appliances and are able to provide spare parts to order for most makes and models.
Gas Service Safety Inspections
We offer gas safety inspections, and certificates of safety, to individual homeowners, and on behalf of landlords, property agents, housing associations, local authorities and gas suppliers. |

Installation
We offer quotations for installation, prepared after a free initial visit and consultation to determine the nature of the plant and the individual clients requirements. We have the ability to design a gas system tailored to the clients needs to include pipe, appliances and line diagrams.
Maintenance
We undertake repairs on the complete range of industrial and commercial gas appliances and are able to provide spare parts to order for most makes and models.
All work is carried out to British Gas specifications. Charges will vary according to pipe size, length of run, route and condition of the pipework.
We also offer meter housing installation, secondary metering, pressure regulation, energy efficiency advice and reports. |
